We are hiring for the software development team of our client, exciting startup NOMOQ from Switzerland. NOMOQ primarily supplies craft beverage manufacturers with digitally printed aluminum beverage cans. By joining the team you will become part of a growth story: NOMOQ is a pioneer in the beverage packaging market and will use this opportunity to become the leading European player in this industry.

In this role you will be responsible for the internal software support for all NOMOQ employees.

What you will do:

  • Google Workspace Enterprise Management: You will be responsible for managing our Google Workspace Enterprise environment, ensuring that our applications and services run smoothly.
  • User Account Provisioning: You will handle the setup of user accounts across various platforms such as Google Workspace, Odoo, Hubspot, Confluence, etc. ensuring users have the access they need to perform their roles effectively.
  • Permissions: You will manage the permissions across our systems, making sure that access rights are appropriately granted and restricted according to roles and responsibilities.
  • Security: You’ll work to improve our IT security and increase security awareness among our team members. This will include managing our KnowBe4 platform, which helps educate employees about potential security risks.
  • Customer Support: You will provide support to our customers, particularly in relation to the right to rectification.
  • Internal Support: You will support NOMOQ-ians with their IT needs, troubleshooting issues and ensuring they have the tools they need to perform their roles efficiently.
  • This role also offers the potential for growth into a DevOps role, working with AWS.

What we expect you to bring to the team:

  • You have good communication and problem solving skills.
  • You are able to analyse and resolve IT and software issues
  • You have a strong understanding of IT systems and security
  • You have the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also being an effective member of a team
  • You have prior experience in a similar role
  • You have a degree level or equivalent qualification in IT or are able to demonstrate equivalent experience
  • You have good general knowledge of common hardware and software applications
  • You possess strong proficiency in the English language.
  • You can do at least conversational German language.
